    Day 1: Uluru   (D)

    Today you will meet our tour escort and fellow travellers at Ayers Rock. Transfers will be available at 12.30pm and 3pm.

    On arrival at Ayers Rock Airport you will be met by our driver guide who will accompany you to the awaiting vehicle and to take you to the hotel. Take the time to settle in and enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

    This evening we will meet for a Welcome Dinner.

    Day 2: Uluru  (B,L)

    This morning we will have an early start for the Uluru Sunrise Tour. Experience the sun rising over Ayers Rock and be amazed by the many ever changing colours. We will then return to the hotel.

    After enjoying a full breakfast we will continue touring to Kata-Tjuta Olgas to explore the gorge and the rock formations. We will also visit the Uluru Aboriginal Cultural Centre.

    Upon our return to the hotel, lunch will be served in the restaurant.

    This evening we will witness the Uluru Sunset whilst enjoying a snack with Sparkling wine and orange juice. We can also have a self-guided walk through the illuminated Field of Light after dark where you will experience the largest Field of Light installation to date.

    We return to the hotel and the evening is at leisure.

    Day 3: Uluru – Kings Canyon   (B,D)

    After breakfast we will be taken overland from Ayers Rock to Kings Canyon whilst taking in the amazing landscape our country has to offer.

    We will meet this evening for dinner at the hotel.

    Day 4: Kings Canyon – Alice Springs   (B,L)

    We will have breakfast this morning before departing for Alice Springs. Enroute we experience the Kings Canyon Rim walk and marvel at the views of Watarrka National Park.

    Lunch today will be enjoyed at a local restaurant.

    Upon arrival into Alice Springs we will check in to our hotel and then have the evening at leisure.

    Day 5: Alice Springs   (B,D)

    After breakfast we will embark on a half day Alice Springs Town Tour, taking in the history of the Telegraph Station to the Royal Flying Doctors, and also experience the School of Air, an educational resource for many isolated school children.

    Returning to the hotel the afternoon is at leisure.

    This evening we will meet for dinner at the hotel.

    Day 6: Alice Springs – Darwin   (B,L,D)

    Following breakfast at the hotel, we will be met and transferred to the train station.

    We board The Ghan for an experience of a lifetime, travelling in Gold Service, and journey to Darwin in style. Enjoy all your meals in the dining car, with standard beverages whilst on board, also an off train Excursion and Outback experiences.

    Day 7: Darwin  (B,D)

    On arrival in Darwin we will be met and transferred from the Train Station to our hotel.

    At the hotel we have time to relax, unwind and refresh before meeting for dinner in the hotel.

    Day 8: Darwin  (B,L)

    After breakfast we will be collected from our hotel for a Half Day Tour of Darwin which is a great introduction to this tropical Top End City which will include a visit to the Darwin Military Museum.

    After taking in the sights of Darwin we will gather for Lunch at the hotel.

    The remainder of our day and evening is at leisure.

    Day 9: Darwin – Kakadu (B,L)

    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before we set out for our journey from Darwin to Kakadu via the Arnhem Highway, enjoying their major river systems and wetlands along the way.

    Once in Kakadu we will visit the Warradjan Cultural Centre and then our local guide will take us on a cruise of Yellow Water Billabong.  Search for saltwater crocodiles and the array of colourful birdlife which the region is renowned for.

    After lunch at a local restaurant, view the rock art galleries at Nourlangie.

    This evening is at leisure.

    Day 10: Kakadu – Darwin (B,L,D)

    Today we will meet for a leisurely breakfast before meeting our driver guide to explore the World Heritage Area of Ubirr and view the wetlands.

    We’ll join the Guluyambi Cruise on the East Alligator River where an Aboriginal guide will provide an insight into their culture as well as bush survival skills.  With special permission of the local people we are able to go ashore in Arnhem Land.

    We will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant as well as visit the Bowali Visitor Centre before returning to Darwin.

    Tonight we meet at our hotel for a Farewell Dinner.

    Day 11: Darwin (B)

    This morning we meet for breakfast before we are transferred from the hotel to the airport to meet our return flights home.

    Transfers will be available at 9am and 10.30am.
